INSTRUCTIONS

Membership for both new and renewing members involves a simple 2-step process:

  1. Register Your Account:

    • New (Pending) Members: Please e-sign the necessary documents before your orientation. Click the New Member button below and follow the prompts. Select "Pending Membership - Waiver Process as your membership type. If you are approved and decide to join the club, the membership fee will be invoiced to your account after orientation. 

    • Renewing Members: Expect an email in December that registration for the upcoming year has opened. Click the Returning Member button below, and follow the prompts to complete registration (which includes updating profile information, signing documents, etc.).

  2. Pay Your Dues:

    • New Members: After your complimentary practice session, access your account and settle the membership fee through the invoice. (Log in > Account > Payment History)
    • Renewing Members: You will be prompted to pay your dues upon completion of your registration. Unpaid invoices will persist in your account until settled.

 

TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON REGISTRATION ISSUES:

Error message after clicking "Returning Member." -  You may have already registered. Try logging in. If you can log in, then you've already renewed your membership. Go to Account > Payment History to see if there is an invoice there. If so, proceed with your payment.

Can't log in - If you haven't registered yet, you won't be able to log in. Complete the registration process first, and the website will retrieve your login credentials from before, so you can use them.

Paypal kicked me out or gave me an error message: If you haven't recently logged into your Paypal account from the browser you are currently working in, PayPal will require you to complete their 2-step security thing (texts you a code). This process interrupts the link back to the GHDBC website. If this happens, complete the 2-step login with Paypal, then return to the GHDBC website, and start over with your payment. Alternatively, you could open another browser tab, go to Paypal.com, login, then go back to the GHDBC site and start the payment process.
